The Alberta Youth Parliament is Canada’s longest-running youth parliament, having been running for over 104 years. AYP is a youth-run organization that focuses on building confidence, values, and relationships among Albertan youth. While also developing public speaking and leadership skills, and even teaching parliamentary procedure.
